13 years ago today, at 24 years old, my partner and I took a big leap of faith and opened the doors to our restaurant for the first time!
He worked in the kitchen, I worked front of house and together we built up our reputation and put Under the Stars on the Bristol foodie map. We couldn’t have done it without lots of love and support from you, our valued customers and incredible team, old and new.
Now, a lovely wedding, the purchase of the boat and two children later, we are sewing the seeds for a new Under the Stars chapter. We bought a farm house with some land and dream of growing some of our own produce in the coming years to serve in the restaurant you know and love.
Today, I sat proudly on board a boat I call home and enjoyed a delicious tapas meal with my family. I want to say thank you to everyone who helped to make our dream a reality and for the incredible team that have driven it and continue to drive it forward. You are all so important to us, the stars in our sky β¨
